Practice will begin PROMPTLY at 2pm, so it is MANDATORY that all players arrive no later than 1:45pm so that they may have time to get ready for practice.

Practice ends at 5pm and we will have a 1 hour Weight-Lifting session in the Weight Room built in.

We meet at the weight room near the gym.

We have a Certified Athletic Trainer on campus for all athletic events and practices.

Due to the current Pandemic, we do not have access to the locker rooms, so please arrive at practice dressed in practice attire; it is recommended that players wear slip-on sandals and put their cleats on when they get to the field.
